Brooks & Dunn is an American country music duo consisting of Kix Brooks and Ronnie Dunn. Formed in 1990, they quickly rose to fame with their unique blend of honky-tonk and rock influences. Kix Brooks, originally from Louisiana, and Ronnie Dunn, from Texas, met in Nashville and discovered their musical chemistry was undeniable. Brooks & Dunn released their debut album, "Brand New Man," in 1991, which produced four number one singles and established them as major players in the country music scene. Over the course of their career, the duo went on to release numerous hit songs, including "Boot Scootin' Boogie," "Neon Moon," and "My Maria." Known for their energetic live performances and signature harmonies, Brooks & Dunn became one of the most successful country music duos of all time.
