Orchestral Manoeuvres In The Dark (OMD) is a British electronic music band formed in 1978 by Andy McCluskey and Paul Humphreys in Wirral, England. The duo quickly gained popularity in the early 1980s with their unique blend of synth-pop and new wave music.
