Steve Oliver (born January 11, 1962) is an American guitarist, vocalist, songwriter, and producer known for his work in contemporary or "smooth" jazz. He performs in various styles, including pop, rock, Latin, electronic, and world music. Oliver has achieved multiple hit singles on the Billboard contemporary jazz chart and has been nominated twice for the Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards as best international artist. WIKIPEDIA In 2004, Oliver released his third studio album, 3D, co-produced with keyboardist Tom Schuman of Spyro Gyra. The album blends elements of pop, jazz, urban/hip-hop, world beat, Brazilian, and Latin music. Notable tracks include "Magic World," "Wings of Spring," and a cover of John Lennon's "Imagine."
