About Geotic
Geotic is the musical project of Will Wiesenfeld, an American artist known for his ambient and electronic music. Born in 1990, Wiesenfeld initially gained recognition under his own name and the moniker Baths, where he explored a blend of electronic, pop, and experimental sounds. Geotic, however, represents a more subdued and introspective side of his artistry, focusing on tranquil and immersive soundscapes. The project began to take shape in 2010, with Wiesenfeld releasing a series of albums that showcase his talent for creating lush, atmospheric compositions. His music often incorporates elements of field recordings, minimalistic melodies, and gentle rhythms, inviting listeners into a serene auditory experience. Notable releases include "Abysma" and "Enthusiast," which highlight his ability to evoke emotion through subtle sonic textures. Geotic's work is characterized by a deep connection to nature and personal reflection, making his music a perfect backdrop for relaxation and contemplation. As he continues to evolve as an artist, Geotic remains a significant figure in the ambient music scene, captivating audiences with his unique sound.
