Bread was an American soft rock band formed in Los Angeles in 1968. The band's original lineup consisted of David Gates (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Jimmy Griffin (vocals, guitar), Robb Royer (bass, guitar, flute, keyboards), and Mike Botts (drums).
