Artist Biography

Seether is a South African rock band formed in Pretoria in 1999. The band's original name was Saron Gas before they changed it to Seether in 2002. The band consists of founding members Shaun Morgan (vocals, guitar) and Dale Stewart (bass, backing vocals), along with John Humphrey (drums) who joined in 2003. Seether gained international recognition with their breakout album "Disclaimer" in 2002, which featured the hit single "Fine Again." They continued to achieve success with subsequent albums like "Karma and Effect" and "Finding Beauty in Negative Spaces," which spawned popular singles such as "Remedy" and "Fake It." Known for their post-grunge sound and emotionally charged lyrics, Seether has built a dedicated fan base over the years. They have toured extensively and performed at major music festivals around the world.
