Artist Biography

Dem Franchize Boyz were an American hip-hop group formed in 2002 in Atlanta, Georgia. The group consisted of four members: Parlae, Pimpin', Jizzal Man, and Buddie. They gained popularity in the mid-2000s with their hit singles "White Tee" and "Lean wit It, Rock wit It." Dem Franchize Boyz were known for their energetic and catchy music, which blended elements of crunk, snap, and southern hip-hop. They were signed to Universal Records and released their debut album, "On Top of Our Game," in 2006, which featured collaborations with artists like Jermaine Dupri and T-Pain. Despite their success, the group faced some challenges and lineup changes over the years. Tragically, member Buddie passed away in a car accident in 2011. The remaining members continued to make music and perform together until they eventually disbanded. Dem Franchize Boyz left a lasting impact on the hip-hop scene with their unique sound and infectious party anthems, solidifying their place in the history of southern rap music.
